"Remove any marks with a wet wipe.  Do not wear in rain.  If hat becomes mis-shapen, steam over a kettle to recover the shape. " Caring For Your Panama Reshaping Hats: If your Panama becomes misshapen you should be able to recover the original shape of the hat by lightly steaming it over a boiling kettle and then shaping the hat by hand back to it's original form. A blow dryer can be used on a low heat setting to dry the hat while you are holding its shape. If the brim has becomes misshapen, you may iron the brim under a slightly damp cloth with the iron at a medium to low setting (high heat iron settings can cause burn marks to the hat). Then the Panama should then be placed over an appropriately shaped object such as a bowl and leave to regain its shape. Cleaning: Should your Panama become dirty one should first try to remove dirt by lightly dusting with a dry cloth. Should the mark prove stubborn and difficult to remove in this way try using a moist facial or baby wipe. This should remove most marks although care should be taken not to rub too hard. We recommend to not use soap and water.

This policy also applies to sale items. The items need to be returned in their original, saleable condition with your despatch note stating the reason for return.

We will accept the return or exchange of any pierced earrings, hair accessories or swimwear within 7 working days of despatch.

When trying on items, please ensure that they are not kept in contact with anything that may mark or add a scent to them such as drinks, perfume, deodorant and cigarettes. We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Unfortunately, we cannot advise you in advance of a reduced product or reimburse you the difference after you have placed an order.

Post the item back using the FREEPOST label that came with your parcel. Please ensure you complete the returns note and enclose it with your parcel. Please also ensure you request for a proof of posting certificate.

Please allow 10 working days from receipt of your return confirmation email. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If there is a problem with issuing a refund to your card, our Customer Service Team will contact you. However in order for us to deal with your enquiry please contact us within 28 days of return if you have not been refunded your monies.

Delivery charges are non refundable so you will be refunded the full value of the items returned less the delivery charge. The only exceptions to this are items that were faulty or incorrect on delivey. In these cases, we will refund the original delivery charge. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.

We strongly advise that you keep hold of any tracking numbers that the post office may give you.
